OzDrama is an online platform for watching vertical mini-series made up of short episodes. Some episodes are open to everyone; a free account may be required to keep watching.

The content, features and scope of the catalogue may be changed, suspended or removed without prior notice.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Site. If a higher minimum age applies in your country (e.g. 16 in some EU countries), that age applies; if you are under it, you may use the Site only with the consent of a parent or guardian.

Some series carry an age rating (e.g. 16+, 18+). It is your responsibility to make sure you are old enough before watching them.

You agree to provide accurate information when signing up and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for the security of your account and password; tell us immediately if you notice any unauthorised use.

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms without prior notice. You can close your account at any time from your account settings or by writing to us.

When using the Site you agree not to:

• Download, record, copy, republish, sell or share the content on other sites (except through the sharing links the Site provides).
• Crawl the Site with automated tools (bots, scrapers, bulk downloaders) or access video sources outside the Site.
• Try to bypass the ad or membership systems, circumvent security measures or disrupt the operation of the Site.
• Open multiple accounts for abuse, use someone else's account or impersonate others.
• Do anything unlawful, defamatory or that infringes the rights of others.

We show ads so we can offer the Site for free. Ads are served by third-party ad networks; OzDrama is not responsible for the advertised products and services or for advertisers' websites.

The OzDrama name, logo and the design of the Site belong to OzDrama. You are granted only a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to watch the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Content you send us, such as series requests, comments and suggestions, may be used free of charge to improve the Site. You are responsible for making sure it does not violate the law or the rights of others.

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or work on every device.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, OzDrama is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Site. Liability that cannot be limited by law is not affected.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page and the date at the top is updated. Continuing to use the Site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
